After 45 years smoking Simon decided it was time to quit. He's now 3 months smoke-free! Here's what he had to say at his last appointment at our clinic at Lupset Community Centre:
“After 45 years of smoking I decided to quit as I was feeling really affected by it. My general well-being and breathing was being affected.
