Stoptober Success at Castleford Turning Point

We've been out and about during Stoptober, promoting the Yorkshire Smokefree service to the region's smokers. One recent event was held at Castleford Turning Point and our advisor Wakefield Stop Smoking Advisor Farai offered smokers the chance to take their Carbon Monoxide reading for a clear indication as to how smoking is affecting their health.

This was a well-attended event and Farai spoke to lots of people about the support we can provide as clients attempt to go smoke-free.

Four people signed up to the service and are now well underway with their 4 week quit attempt. We wish them all the best!
