Yippee, I’m a non-smoker
I am a happy non-smoker
I will never ever smoke anything, chew anything or suck anything that contains nicotine
I am no longer a nicotine addict
I am no longer a slave to the nicotine monster
There is no pain or misery from withdrawal, it is the nicotine monster in my head
There is no need to replace cravings with food
I am free from the trap
There is no pleasure or enjoyment in smoking, it’s the illusion of the trap
It does not give me confidence, the trap makes me think it does
I do not need a crutch, it’s the illusion of the trap
I no longer fear living without my crutch
I am finally free of the awful monster that keeps me hooked
There is nothing to give up
I am not missing anything
I feel much better
I have more energy
I smell better
I look better

Get on with life – enjoy the highs and cope with the lows 😊
