Linda attended telephone appointments with our stop smoking advisor Carrie and attended our Pontefract clinic with Fazila for her CO readings. She's now 3 months quit! Here's what she had to say:
"I wanted to quit because I believe I would not be here now otherwise. I started smoking when I was at school and I am in my 70's now. I got very fed up with being tied to rolling the tobacco all of the time. It was a bind which I am now free of!
I liked doing my carbon monoxide readings with Fazila and had telephone support with Carrie. I have support from my family including my five sisters and my husband commented that I had got my looks back! I feel better and my breathing is improved and the respiratory doctor was very happy to hear I had stopped smoking. Now it`s time to quit the doughnuts!"
