Leslie successfully quit smoking with the support of our stop smoking team in Wakefield. Here's her story...
"Having smoked since the age of 14, a recent diagnosis of COPD made me sit up and think. Following weekly meetups with Clare at Knottingley Community Shop, I’m happy to be smokefree.
Clare introduced me to the Coalfields Regeneration Scheme Hub (“CRS”) (situated next to the Company Shop) and I now partake in healthy cooking sessions. I am planning to walk more with my dog and explore the free group activities available at CRS."
