Jayne is celebrating 3 months quit today and has completed her the stop smoking course with Yorkshire Smokefree Wakefield. Here's what she told us at her final appointment.
"I came to the service due to a medical issue which jump-started my quit attempt initially. I attended Lupset St Georges Community Centre, and the face-to-face appointments were very helpful to me, but my advisor Carrie was understanding of my medical appointments and when I could not attend, we had phone calls instead. The service I received has been second to none, supportive and with no pressure felt. It just proves it can be done!”
