What was your main reason for accessing service? E.g. health, financial, COVID – 19 or other 
Because I couldn’t afford it and couldn’t stand the smell either.

Did you believe you could achieve 4 weeks Smokefree?
No I didn’t.

Have you used stop smoking medication to help you quit?
Yes, patches and mouth spray.

How helpful did you find it?
I thought Yorkshire Smoke-free were really helpful, I didn’t believe it was going to work at first but it did.

Apart from medication, what else helped you to quit and stay smokefree?
I think being able to come in for an appointment every week helped.

Has your health improved since you quit and if so, in what ways?
My breathing has got a lot better, before my chest was really tight.

Other than health, have you achieved anything since quitting that you couldn’t do whilst smoking?

What do you like the most about being a non-smoker / quit?

Being able to save money and go out without having to have a cigarette.

What have you found helpful whilst accessing the Yorkshire Smokefree service?
The motivational TEXTS were good, and the app, I still go on it everyday now.
