"My name is Brian. I started my journey with Yorkshire Smokefree at the Butterflies Children Centre in Normanton. I was taken into hospital in January having had a heart attack and had to have 3 stents fitted. I was advised by my cardiologist that I must stop Smoking. I do enjoy a cigarette and have never tried to quit before, but it made me think about my life more and I felt more motivated to want to stop this time.
My wife and my children also give me the “Scarborough Warning” too!
I feel I have a little more energy now and with the money we are saving my wife keeps treating herself to shopping at River Island.
