Ben quit smoking with our support and recently contacted his advisor to say the following...
"I'm pleased to tell you that I’m still smoke free! 😊 I haven’t had 1 cigarette since I met you back in January. I feel so much better and having those short meetings with you helped me a lot through the journey.
It was tough to start with but with your help I definitely kicked the habit. My son is 13 months old now and I feel so much better not having to try and disguise the smell of smoke from my clothes and sneak around".
