My name is Louise, and I wanted to share my experience of my quit. I had stopped smoking once before and honestly thought it would be impossible to achieve again. I was very wrong, I actually quit within a month with the support from Julia, my Stop Smoking Advisor. I loved the face-to-face appointments, which I attended at the Agbrigg clinic in Wakefield. I found the whole experience relatively easy, which surprised me. The patches combined with the lozenges really worked for me and having an advisor to sit and talk to makes all the difference. I feel so much better in myself, my skin is now glowing, and I couldn’t be prouder of myself!
