Call 0800 612 0011 (free from a landline) or 0330 660 1166 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm and Saturdays between 9am and 4.00pm.

If you fall outside the areas Barnsley, Calderdale, Doncaster Sheffield and Wakefield you may not be eligible for support.

  • If we are unable to take your call and you need support, please text HELP followed by your name and postcode to 80800, and a member of the team will be in touch.

Please let us know when will be most convenient for us to call - morning - 8.30am-12pm, afternoon 12pm-4pm or evening 4pm-8pm and we will try and accommodate you. Please note we can only call back within our opening hours and we can only try calling twice. If you don't hear from us within a week please either call us or text YSF to 80800.
