I've been completing one of my favourite tasks this afternoon, filling in papers and writing lists!!
I got this with my quit smoking support pack and must of initially missed it. Whilst I was reminding myself today of the trigger points and how to avoid them, I found it!! Bonus, I've already got to tick off two days… and I'm heading towards my third tick :)
The reason I’m looking to check my trigger points is that tomorrow my routines will change – a lot. This week I have had a few days to myself – limited contact with people (to everyone’s benefit) but tomorrow my family are back home. Tomorrow will bring noise, chaos, mess and people that I care about and they have to live with me and whatever mood I’m in. I’m nervous!! I also know that they will bring laughter, support and love but im so worried about being snappy and grumpy.
Does anyone have any tips on how they managed to stop their bad days making bad days for those around them??
I'm heading into the weekend under a more upbeat rhythm, a smile and a head nod to Sigma/Paolma Faiths “ Everything is changing”.
Taken some extra tips and avoiding the alcohol this weekend – I don’t want to cave due to too much wine. Wishing you all a fantastic, happy weekend whatever you choose to do and I’ll be back Monday to share our weekend adventures.
