Go smoke free! The stress less way is a FREE 10 week course for people looking to stop smoking who would benefit from receiving support and learning new skills to manage stress and quit for good. This course allows a more gradual approach to quitting (clients are not expected to quit until week 6 of the 10 week course). In the build up to quitting clients will get tips around coping with stress, low mood, building confidence and self esteem.
When: Tuesdays 10am-12 noon, starting 12th April for 10 weeks
